Baltistan Organic Dry Fruits ("we", "our", or "us") operates the BODF mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our app:

Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
Order information: Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order.
Order history: A record of the products you have purchased.
Device identifier: A push notification token to send you order updates and promotions (only if you grant permission).

We do not collect your location, camera, contacts, microphone, SMS messages, or any payment card details. Payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer are made directly through those platforms — we only record which payment method you chose.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your orders
To send you order confirmation and delivery updates
To send promotional notifications (only with your permission)
To maintain your account and order history
To respond to your support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a trusted cloud database provider). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to your data is restricted and protected using row-level security policies.

4. Data Retention

Account and profile data: Kept until you delete your account.
Order history: Kept for 2 years for warranty and returns purposes. After account deletion, your personal details are removed from orders but the order record is kept in an anonymised form.
Push notification token: Kept until you uninstall the app or delete your account.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may only be accessed by our team to fulfill your orders and provide support.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data — contact us and we will provide a copy.
Correct your data — update your name, phone, and address in your profile at any time.
Delete your account and data — go to Profile → Delete Account & Data in the app. This will permanently remove your account and personal information.
Opt out of notifications — disable notifications in your phone's Settings at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
