1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp once your order is placed and a tracking ID once it is dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 business days across Pakistan.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1,500.

  • For orders below Rs. 1,500, a standard shipping fee applies (displayed at checkout).

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier companies to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • Leopards Courier

  • TCS

  • Other reliable logistics partners

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/Email.

  • You can track your shipment anytime through our courier partner’s website or contact our support team.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.
